Steel structures produced by General Contractor company are surface-protected according to the Client’s requirements (hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating or spray coating).

NDT

General Contractor company offers the services within non-destructive testing:

Visual testing (VT),
Penetration testing (PT),
Magnetic particle testing (MT),
Ultrasonic testing (UT).

Non-destructive testing is performed by a qualified and experienced staff. The inspectors have II & III level NDT qualifications according to PN-EN ISO 9712 (EN 473).

Our company provides services including non-destructive testing, supervision over NDT testing, quality control of NDT testing.

Welding

The welding services provided by General Contractor include:

Welding supervision
Welding inspection,
Development of welding technology (Welding Procedure Qualification Record – WPQR)

In terms of certification of manufacturing plants the company provides:

Preparation of documentation which is necessary to obtain the quality certificate required in welding processes according to the norms PN-EN ISO 3834-2,-3,
Preparation of documentation necessary to obtain the Factory Production Control certificate in accordance with EN 1090-1.

The team of experienced engineers (IWE) and welding inspectors (IWI-C) ensure a professional assistance in the above field.

The training of welders

General Contractor also conducts trainings and exams for welders in the following methods:

111 – Manual metal arc welding (metal arc welding with covered electrode).
131 – MIG-welding with solid wire electrode
135 – MAG-welding with solid wire electrode
136 – MAG welding with flux cored electrode
138 – MAG welding with metal cored electrode
141 – TIG welding with solid filler material (wire/rod).

Certified welding engineers (IWE) and instructors (IWP) who are in company’s professional team ensure high quality of trainings.

After completing the course and passing the exam, the trainee obtains practical welding skills and

Certificate of Course Completion,
Welder’s Certificate issued by the Welding Institute.

Gratings

Galvanized stair treads .

All gratings and treads are manufactured according to DIN: 24537 and DIN 24531 standards whereas galvanized surface meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 1461 norm.

We cooperate with leading domestic and foreign companies in terms of manufacturing gratings.

Containers and modular houses

Our buildings are attractive, modern and can be adapted to different conditions according to client’s needs.

Solid steel structure, aesthetic sandwich panel and effective glass walls make our building multifunctional.

We specialize in:

Office containers,
Housing containers,
Warehouse containers,
Porter’s boxes and caretaker’s lodges,
Event containers.

All above-mentioned containers are based on carefully prepared steel structure while the fittings and internal as well external decoration depends on client’s needs.

The time of container production is 21 days since the date of order.
Individually designed containers are produced after receiving an advance payment in the amount of 40% of the price.

Technological installation

General Contractor company performs assembly and welding works used for technological installation and stainless steel containers, which we produce for the foremost and biggest producers within food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industry.

We have technical base, qualified welders and our own welding supervision necessary for the project completion. GC staff consists of qualified workers who have current 141 qualifications.
